Privacy notice
Last updated: October 21, 2026.
Team Spartan is a service brand of CONFLICT LLC. This notice explains how we handle information associated with teamspartan.io. Contact us at [email protected] or CONFLICT LLC, 80 SW 8th St, Suite 2000, Miami, FL 33130.
Information you share
When you contact us, book a meeting, or discuss an engagement, we receive the contact details and information you provide, such as your name, work email, company, requirements, and message. We use this information to respond, scope work, manage the relationship, and deliver agreed services.
Do not submit passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, customer records, or sensitive incident evidence through the public contact form or site chat. We arrange access and evidence exchange separately when an engagement requires them.
Forms, meetings, and payments
We use HubSpot for contact forms, meeting scheduling, and customer-relationship records. Information you submit through those tools is processed by HubSpot on our behalf. We use Stripe for checkout, billing, subscriptions, and the customer billing portal. Payment-card information is collected by Stripe; our site does not collect raw card details. Payment confirmations may be used to create a customer record and notify the delivery team about the engagement.
These services also provide their own privacy information: HubSpot and Stripe.
AI site assistant
The site assistant is an AI system. Messages you submit are sent to our service and to Anthropic to generate a response. Our service uses IP-based request limits to reduce abuse. If you share contact details and agree to a follow-up, the assistant can record your inquiry in HubSpot. Answers from the assistant do not create an engagement or change your contract terms.
Do not rely on the assistant to receive urgent incident reports. Use the contact options or the published incident-engagement process instead. See Anthropic’s privacy information.
Website analytics and related tools
Our website configuration includes integrations for Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity, Cloudflare analytics. Optional Google and Clarity measurement runs after you accept optional cookies. You can reopen Cookie preferences to change that choice. Which other integrations run depends on the site’s deployed configuration. When enabled, these tools may process page visits, interactions, referring pages, campaign information, device and browser information, network identifiers, cookies, or similar identifiers. Clarity can provide interaction recordings and heatmaps. We use these tools to understand site use, improve the experience, and measure marketing performance.
Search Console provides aggregated Google Search performance information. Links to external services, including booking and checkout, take you to services with their own settings and privacy notices.
Service providers and disclosures
We use hosting, security, communications, CRM, analytics, AI, and payment providers to operate the site and our business. Information may be processed in countries other than your own. We may also disclose information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect systems and people, or manage a business transaction, subject to applicable requirements.
Retention and your choices
We retain information as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, managing engagements, resolving disputes, and meeting applicable obligations. Retention depends on the information and service involved.
You can control cookies through your browser and use privacy controls offered by the relevant services. Blocking third-party scripts may affect embedded forms, scheduling, or checkout. You can contact [email protected] to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or stop marketing communications. Available rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law.
